I was promised that my grass would look good. It's worse that it was when they started. I can cancel anytime per the contract with no penalties. I asked to cancel beginning 1/1/21 but yet to have received my refund. Your employees, Xavier to be exact said he was at my house 1/17/21. That is a lie. He invoiced my at 12am. I have cameras and he did not show up. I want my refund ASAP.
