I was initially happy because everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Turns out nothing they said they did when they came out was done. We had multiple appointments scheduled for treating, sanitizing, sealing, and follow up. After checking behind them, the areas were not fully cleaned and sanitized AND no access points were sealed off so all the rodents immediately came back and now we have cats in our crawl space too. Completely frustrating that this is what we get for $5,000.
