When I first hired PestBear to do my lawn, they treated the lawn properly. I could tell that the grass was quickly taking shape and the weeds were slowly going away. After 4 months of having them treat my lawn, PestBear did a change of personnel. That's when things went downhill quickly and I've been noticing that they aren't treating the weeds properly, they have been neglecting the backyard altogether, and I no longer get a courtesy call before they are coming. I also no longer get a product receipt of how much treatment they actually laid down. I've given them about 4 months to turn my lawn around. My lawn is now covered in weeds and my satisfaction with PestBear is at an all time low.
