We signed up for flea infestation treatment service. We have reason to believe that we were not getting what we were told we would be getting. The first several treatment to the outdoor premises were spot treatment's not a complete coverage. thus it was poorly effective. Upon asking for an additional treatment, is when, it was discovered that the spot treatment's were not going to be effective. The technician who came for that service, did it correctly. I have asked for a pause on the service. Additionally, the was a mix up in the billing and auto payment charges. Which didn't stop when we were told it would. (it's complicated)
