The latest service was very poor. The technician was only here for a few minutes, it didn't appear that he did anything in our garage. He didn't do any kind of work on the eves (dusting for insects, etc). We had told him we needed him to come into the house because we had a problem with sugar ants, but he did not come inside at all. We were expecting him to tell us what he had done, but he just left without a word. It is disappointing that the price of the service continues to go up, but the service level appears to be going down. We do not feel that we should have to pay for this very abbreviated service and we will be contacting the business office to set up a make-up appointment soon. We are at a point that we are seriously considering changing companies, as we have seen price increases but no information as to why they keep going up.
