Kamil the technician was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. we met twice for rodent service and he met all expectations. Our issue was with the office and the scheduling of the service appointments. we had to call to correct the quoted service date and time on several occasions. Apparently the customer service individual who answers the 800 number and takes the correct information from us is somehow unable to pass that information on to the schedulers. There is a disconnect.
