We've been using Home Paramount for a few years for termites and pest control, including carpenter ants. We used mosquito control last summer, but it was totally ineffective, so we stopped. Though the service seems to have been effective, we have been disappointed in the office procedures. We've received calls to schedule service visits and then had no one show up; we've requested personal calls to schedule service visits because the robocalls never told us what type of service was scheduled; and, unless we've actually seen the technician when he visits, we've been unsure whether he'd come because no paperwork has been left with us.
