I ask every time I have service if I could PLEASE have the technician call me ahead of time and they NEVER do. Then I call in to the office and whoever answers assures me they put a note in there for next time. But nothing ever changes. I can't wait at home all morning so I ask that I get a call so I can drive 15 minutes from work back home and let them in the house so the internal spray can be done. But, yet again, I was not called and the internal spray was not done. I'm fed up with this company.
