Absolutely pathetic - had to do the job myself. They charged me $700 to remove raccoons, and barely did anything. Despite saying they would, they never tried using different bait or changing the location of the traps. They “tried” for 10 days, with no success. I got a trap myself and caught the raccoon in 3 nights, using the suggestions I made to them. I called to talk about it, and the manager won’t even call me back. They are incompetent and spineless.
