No I am not pleased with your service. I did not know that you were coming to Three Colonies. I did not have a phone call, if I had I would have scheduled it when I was home. I live in a gated area and I am expected to notify the gate anytime a service is provided. You could not get into my fence nor in my house, therefore you did not provide the service agreed upon (contract). This is the 2nd time you have done this. You are charging for a service not provided. Please don't come again until we have scheduled a time. I will call and reschedule this last visit when I wan no home.
