SERVICE WAS NOT SATISFACTORY!!
THERE WAS A HUGE INSECT ON THE WALL DURING THE NIGHT WHERE THE ROOM WAS TREATED?(Tenant sent photo of insect on wall 14 hours later and I have emailed photo to Terminix)

3 ROOMS were unlocked but the door was not ajar on these rooms as the other doors in the house. Perhaps all 3 rooms were not treated?

I QUESTION WHETHER THIS ROOM AND 2 OTHERS WERE EVER TREATED FOR INSECTS.
