The inside of the house was taken care of by your service man but the outside of the side was not even addressed. He is supposed to get rid of any outside "issues" but absolutely nothing was done. We're paying for the outside of the house to have service as well as the inside. We're thinking of terminating.... we can throw around a couple of pellets in the attic for a whole lot less money!
