Terminix dispatched their best technician to my home for the annual termite inspection. I appreciated the courtesy call beforehand, as to when to expect his arrival. Isaiah Mackey was prompt, polite, professional and very knowledgeable in his field. He reported his findings to me, and gave recommendations to remedy the moisture problem. He definitely works hard and cares about his customers. This was a great experience.
