We are definitely pleased with the service provided. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, ready to answer our questions and provided ample guidelines for the steps we had to make prior to service. We’re looking forward to the follow-up inspections! We did find the volume of e-mail documents throughout the process confusing at best (25 by count) since many appeared to be duplications.
