1) My nightmare begun 10.26.21 - Terminix came to my home for a free inspection of my attic. When your rep. returned from the attic, he stated that there was evidence of rats,I needed a seal and insulation because "over the years insulation decreases". I asked if he took pictures. The answer was no, I had no proof of his observation. In small talk, I stated that I am a retired veteran and am disabled .

2) He drew up a contract and convinced me that I had a rodent problem. The following was going to happen:
exclusion and sanitize the attic of rodents, add insulation and seal the attic ( job done on the outside). To cost me over $2,900.

3) On 11.15.21 someone from Terminix came to start the job. The guy said they put down traps in the attic to catch the rodents. I asked again if they took pictures, the answer was no.
I have not had mice problems since 2001 - 2002.

4) 11.16.21 Terminix did not let me know that they were subcontracting the job to a company called Bell Cow to place a seal on the outside.

5) It was suggested to me to get a second opinion concerning the condition of my attic. I did so, I had another well known exterminator to
come and inspect. The analysis was, best attic he had ever seen in over 15 yrs.
He found 3 sticky pads with 1 palmetto bug on one of the sticky pads, no evidence of a seal and definitely no need of insulation. He also
notice that the insulation was up to the floor boards and an excess amount was in an area just incase it needed more insulation
eventually. I also had another person to take pictures of the attic only to see what was needed, if any.

6) Terminix had a fiance company (Green Leaf) to handle the Terminix charges over $2,900. They emailed me to see if I was satisfied and I replied NO and explained why. The contract was cancelled. Meanwhile, Terminix was trying to give me insulation when there was clearly no place to put it. My brother stepped in to help me because it was clear that I was being bamboozled. I am a retired veteran who happens to be over 65 years of age. I was made to look like an easy mark.

7) I attempted to have Terminix to treat once again for ants. I had a difficult time in 2021 with ant infestation. I called Terminix on 12.30.21 to have someone once again to treat for ants.

8) I could not get anyone until 1.3.2022. The regular guy, Raymond McNair came along with the service manager Garland (Gary) Wallace.
After showing them both where the ants were coming from, some of the areas had been treated before since the summer. Nothing was
put down to get rid of the ants on this visit. Gary stated that he would come back and treat on 1.6.2022. It didn't happen. Gary also
requested a copy of the photos of which I sent to his cell phone. The return to treat for ants still has not happened and today is
1.19.2022. Since the visit on January third, nothing has been done except a bill date 1.3.2022 for $982.09 for Rodent Exclusion
Services due upon receipt. The service I received was 3 sticky pads placed in the attic to catch these rodents that Terminix claimed I had. If I don't pay upon receipt of this bill,
Terminix stated on the bill that they would debit or draft my account for the amount due plus a $25.00 service fee.

9) Your service manager Garland Wallace has failed to take this situation seriously. I have noticed and it has been on the news how female
widows and over 65 years of age have been taken advantage of with services they do not need. At this time of no response and no
treatment for rodents or pest (ants) and a threat to draw $982.09 from my bank account for a service to cleanse for rodents that did not
exist or evidence, I hear-by cancel my contract for termites (annually) and pest control (quarterly). If these charges aren't dropped I will
turn this over to an attorney for fraudulent charges. I need this matter resolved without legal support as soon as possible. Thank you.
