We were very disappointed with the service. The technician walked around with a broom and knocked down most but not all cob webs. He made no effort to dig into crevices and really remove the source of the problem. He also carried a house hold size spray can of what we assume was an insecticide and sprayed the sides of the windows, not all the way around the windows and not any other part of the house. We could have done that much ourselves. The spiders are making more webs at this time. I believe you said that you would come back until we were happy.

We are not happy so please do more
