They never call or email me to let me know when they are going to show up. I’m often not home when the service my property so they can’t check all the baits. No rhyme or reason to when they show up. Just seems to be hit or miss. Also, the fee for each visit - which is already too high - is never adjusted when they can’t service all my baits.
