Initial contact was excellent. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He took $545 to treat our rodent issue for 6 months, saying they'd set up a schedule. Whenever I asked the technicians that came what the schedule was, they gave evasive answers. It became clear that there wasn't a schedule and they came less often than I was initially led to believe. Then they stopped coming (I assume but don't know for sure, after the 6 months) but left their traps on our property. Recently we have realized the problem is back. When I contacted them by text (because it was Sunday and they were closed but I was freaked out and wanted to get in touch with them) they responded by text (not the courtesy of a phone call) saying their treatment is for 6 months, it's not their way to communicate with the customer and they'd be happy to treat our property again for another$545. No thank you.
