Mallards Landing is very satisfied with the services EPM is providing. One of our residents stopped by the office specifically to let me know Nate did an amazing job in her apartment and she was very happy with his work. She requested him to be the tech who comes here regularly. I also appreciate the work he does and he communicates very well with me any time there is an issue and reviews notes with me before he leaves.
