Honestly, I'm not happy thus far.... It's really unacceptable to charge someone 150 for the first appointment and tell me someone will be out to spray in a day or two. When in reality they tried to push my first appointment off over a week since my intake. Then when you get here it's pouring down rain so all I get are granual (which did absolutely nothing). I was told you guys would come back to spray AUTOMATICALLY which DID NOT HAPPEN. I had to call as you let the entire week go by with no contact and no spraying. I called, went online and it took 3 days to get a hold of someone. When you finally get a hold of me I am told once again "it's going to be mid to late next week" wtf??? So I followed up with "well if your not coming until the 25th when is my next appointment booked?" His reply was June 8th... Why the heck would I want them to come back like two weeks later to spray again, get charged $90 dollars when I never really got my first service. I made my first intake appointment on the 12 of may now I'm waiting until the 25th for my first actual spraying??? How is that fair? I paid a lot of money which honestly feels like a waste at this point. Maybe once they actually come spray and do something my review will change. Currently, I'm extremely disappointed. If your so busy I have to wait well over a week each time and hours on the phone waiting for a call back, DONT TAKE ON NEW CLIENTS.
