We were scheduled for our pest treatment from 12-2. Our technician did not arrive until 3:25. I called the office at 2:15 to inquire about the arrival time of technician. While on hold the office called the technician and I was told he would arrive in 40 minutes. I understand that things happen and technician can be running late. I think good customer service would be a phone call from office or technician indicating they would be running late.
