Very responsive. Very knowledgeable. Annual contract reasonable and in line. He stopped by within 2 hours of our call because it was on his way home. We called on a Friday afternoon and he could have booked us another time and started his weekend, but he said it's on my way home I'll be there today.

We live in a wooded neighborhood and creatures and critters are just part of the landscape. However, when I can hear them when I am inside my home or they chew on my latticework outside their way to their home, I like to investigate what exactly is going on.
