I am not totally satisfied with the services that were provided by Terminix. The vents on the side of the house that were closed in does not present a professional job. The vents were closed off and a foam material was used to seal them closed to keep the moisture in. The vents were not pushed all the way back in the space. It leaves a very unprofessional look. The workers should have been able to seal them with enough material to fit them back in properly. I was told that they would be able to seal them in. If I was going to buy the property, that would certainly be a consideration as to whether I would want to buy it. Presentation means a lot. If there was a problem, I should have been told when the problem presented itself. I hope that Terminix will stand by it's "customer satisfaction" standard and seal the vents in properly so that they will be closed in even to the house.
