I don't believe the issue was solved since the technician asked me where the bats were coming in and he was going to fix only that one area. He worked on only one area of the roofline. He showed me that there were lots of bees entering the roof in 2 spots. He dealt with the bees in one spot because he said that is where he believes the bats are entering the house. While he already on his bee protective gear, I asked him to take care of the bees entering the other part of the roof and he said NO. I am not dealing with that because I don't think the bats are entering that area. We have been paying you for many services and I have you providing service to one of my clients and yet there was no willingness to take care of the issue or explain why he wouldn't deal with the bees that are going to cause us an issue.
