If I could rate zero or negative I would.
This is a scam. They sign you up for a annual contract that you did not ask for. Nor was this explained at the initial meeting. We discovered this when reading the paperwork after. Other reviews complain of the same. We requested treatment for ants and wasps. Not mice or rodents... So why would i require an annual contract? The spray they applied did nothing. We called and told them, as they do not do a follow up to see if the application actually worked. They came a second time agreed first application did not work and applied a second application. This also did NOT work. Cancelled the service and they charged a fee for cancelling the contract. A contract where they failed to complete on their end. I did not ask for money back for initial spray. My complaint is on a cancelation fee for services that did NOT work.. Why charge me to cancel a contract i did not ask for not did it work. SCAM!!
