Going on 6 weeks without service. We pay for weekly. We have still been billed, yet nobody comes. Before they just stopped showing up, they became very inconsistant. Our day was Tuesday. Then it was maybe wed or thursday. Then they promised it would be Fridays. Then nobody came. Then the excuses started. Changed days multiple times. Said they would flow up the next day to make sure our tech came, that never happened...neither did the service. They then promised that 100%, for sure we would get service Monday, yest here it is end of day Tuesday and still nobody shows up or calls.
