Wasn't too happy. We had what appeared to be a Cottonmouth (young one) under out raised garden bed. Called Terminix and notified them we thought was a Cottonmouth. They said it would be $199. Two gentlemen show up, having no special tools which we had to provide, which was a large metal handle for out fire pit screen cover and a 5 gallon bucket. The one gentleman caught it, released it in the back and said someone would come by and add some snake away repellent, which they never did. So, no I'm wondering what I spent $200 for. Thanks for overcharging me on questionable service.
