We reached out to you after you posted this review and requested that you call Michael to clear up any misunderstandings. You advised that you were waiting outside of Mrs. Freeman's home and missed our technician when he was there. Our technician did not know Mrs. Freeman had a caregiver since she was alone when he arrived plus he did not know that she was blind and partially deaf. The carpet was in need of decontamination and he did not have that equipment on his vehicle. We are glad that you were able to have the carpet done to you satisfaction and only wished our tech could have spoken to you directly while he was there.
