Am I happy with the service. No. Inconsistencies with the service are my number one issue with the service. For example: checking of termite traps- not done every visit; replacement of insect traps- not done since 2-3 visits ago; knocking down webs, hornets nest, and other insects homes; they make no effort to go into the garage....not satisfied after this year I will be taking my checkbook somewhere else.
