I'm not terribly happy with Paramount's service. An exclusion performed was not effective. We really dislike Home Paramount's practice of setting appointments results in visits when the technician cannot get inside the house. It has gotten worse, with appointments being left by automated message after business hours when I can't immediately respond to get the appointment reset. This is not by accident, it is by design.

Appointments need to be made by agreement with the customer. Anything else is just driving your revenue without providing the service I want. I'm probably going to be shopping for another vendor.

The technicians are pleasant. That's the only reason this is two stars rather than one.
