Our overall experience with Terminix has been great. The installation teams work great together and got the jobs done very quickly. The first time, we had a vapor barrier installed, a dehumidifier installed, removal of old insulation and new insulation installed and mold removal. They took pictures of everything (because we are unable to crawl under there) and it all looked great. The second time, mouse droppings were found, and there was a puddle on the floor. The puddle was likely from a drainage issue outside, and my husband re-routed the gutter to fix that. Terminix sealed all vents using caulk and wire mesh to keep out pests and installed wall liner throughout, and installed a new, beautiful crawlspace door. The door installation was done very well. There were no pictures taken of the interior after walling and sealing, so we can't see if/how well it was done, but Josh assured us it was good.
