For years I have been satisfied with Terminix service but lately, not so much. I need to schedule an appointment to spray for ants. No one answers the phone after many attempts. So, I go to the website and request service. It says I will receive a call within 24 hours. That has passed - still no call. If I can't get service when I need it I will seek out another provider - and there are many.
