we have had a mouse problem since november of 2017, and no one can figure it out. our only saving grace is the regional manager has followed up with the bait, activity etc EVERY friday. even in his off time. before that everyone dismissed us. COMPLETELY annoying. as far as keeping us bug free-y'all are on point!! but this mouse thing has been a tragedy...:(.
