Some glitches in communication about Angie's List coupon and delay in getting invoice that reflected it. Young man to whom I spoke (after making appointment) to find out when technician was coming did not get back to me "right away" as he said. Hours later I had to call back and he still did not know. Heads up message about arrival came quite late. Removal of the hornet's nest however, seemed to be seamless, clean and complete. So in the end I was quite satisfied. Thank you. Rating of technician (below) may be lower than it would have been had I actually heard from the technician about arrival time earlier. Had no contact with technician at all, so difficult to rate.
