I'm not very satisfied with my experience today. No one called to let us know they were going to come out to the property. No one let us know they came to the house. No one rang the doorbell to ask if we had any questions, issues, or general concerns. For all I know, I received an invoice from Terminix and have no proof anyone came to the property and did anything. That is not a satisfying feeling. I will be contacting Terminix.
