Their pricing & scope of work was provided inaccurately. Resulting in our property not being properly/completely treated. It has been more than 8 months. With no resolution. Their office has been contacted multiple times by phone, text & by email with no attempt to resolve the issue. I had used the BROWARD OFFICE on multiple condos I managed over the years (for monthly maintenance & an infestation of subterranean termites). Broward was responsive, thorough, effective & professional! NEVER AN ISSUE! That’s why when it came to my personal condo bldg. I didn’t hesitate to contact Truly Nolen. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of dealing with the Dade office. The technicians were great. They communicated with property management. They were Polite, respectful of our property. On the management side, not so much.
