I am not pleased with the service I have received so far. Everything I was promised has not happened. The technician who came out to close up all openings did a really poor job, I'd say he is not very good at his job. Then I've had different technicians come out to set traps but it has not been consistent as it was promised to me. I was told that the technician would come to my house every Monday/Wednesday/Friday to set, change or just review. That has not happened.

Never showed up for service
Two consecutive visits were missed and falsely reported as done! Proven by our cámaras they never came.

Hello there was a confusion early on my wife answer the survey thinking Mr. Paul service was a onetime treatment. She did not know it was a recurring service.

Christina Cordovez went beyond my expections. We had called because we thought that we had termites in our kitchen. She quickly identified that they were carpenter ants. We needed to leave for a vacation today and did not want to leave our condo with ants crawling all over our place. Christina got in touch with dispatch and was able to get our regular insect exterminator, Frank to come over in the afternoon so that we did not have to leave with an house infested with ants. Frank came withing a few hours after our calls and sprayed where the ants were coming from. Thank you both to Christina and Frank.

Christina arrived at the time she said she would but, I was upset as I asked for a treatment because there were very live and many termites eating our baseboards in the main office area. She advised that procedure is to inspect and report findings and then a treatment plan is scheduled. After this she got right to work inspecting the property and taking pictures of our issues. I also had a client come in the same morning who has an issue with termites in his yacht and she did not hesitate to take measurements and pass on the information to the proper person to get this quoted for us. She was fast, efficient and very professional. Thank you Christina!

My lawn was beautiful until it was over sprayed last year with chemicals that was supposed to kill weeds. I'm still not satisfied with the way my lawn appears patches of grass burned not only front yard but back yard as well. Truly Nolen how much longer must I, CONTINUE WITH THIS PROBLEM.

It's a hit-or-miss service. It depends on who you get. Phone scheduling is poor. Termite piles need two appointments: one to see the pile (you already know it's termites) and one to treat it. Each is at least two weeks apart. It's a waste of time! Appointments are cancelled without notice. The people who spray are fine. Yearly inspections are random. Some look at everything, and some barely glance under beds/sofas or in closets.
