I am not happy with the service. I am suppose to get a call to schedule our bimonthly service and often that is not done. I scheduled a termite inspection for this past Tuesday, 9/24/19. I requested to be first on the day of an 8:00 am - 10:00 am window and was told we would be first. At 8:20 am, no one had showed up and I called the office to say I couldn't wait around and needed to reschedule. I have to miss work to accommodate your inspector and if I'm set for the first appointment in the window then I expect the inspector to be on time or at least be given a call to inform me about any issues that may have occurred.
