Within the hour after the technician finished the application outside the house, there was a heavy rain fall with high wind. Therefore, the chemical applied would have been washed out. We need the technician to re-apply at no charge. I think it is prudent that the technician refrains from going ahead with the job if weather is not good. Thanks.
