We recently purchased a home and JD Pest was the previous homeowners pest company. We had them come out for a yearly termite inspection. They walked through the home and looked for evidence of termites and told us what to be on the lookout for. They made recommendations without being pushy. We will call them back when we are ready for preventative treatment.
