Overall, the price was good, and the rep David was responsive. I received what seemed like conflicting information from the rep and the guys actually tenting of whether the method used on my house would stop the termites. A few years back I asked to have the lawn treated for dollar weed which was fairly bad. You treated it and it was gone. But the treatment was not continued and it is back again. I do not inspect the lawn and would have liked to have been informed that was coming back and needed treatment again.

The workers were quick to set up the tent and did great work. I wasn’t home at the time and some of my plants got covered despite clearing the suggested distance from the house. I was able to get back in my house by noon on day 3 however I had to call to check if I could get back in as the inspector forgot to call and say it was cleared.

When JD Smith's Pest Control started to treat my lawn it had a lot of brown spots and didn't look healthy. They have been treating it now for about 7 months and it's evenly dark green, healthy and looking gorgeous all around!

several problems were observed
1. All material was not removed from the property upon completion of the job.
large roll of material used for weighting down the tarp was left and returned to Pete.
2. A plastic dish with an absorbent pad was left in the house. Would this have done damage to my dog if she found it before I did?
3.After the fumigation I moved my mother-in-law into my house. Guess what, I am now finding TERMITES IN MY HOUSE!!!. I have not seen any termites in my house until moving some furniture into my house.

BAD review untill problem number 3 is solved.
