Company does not follow schedule or appointments. I get recordings telling me when they will be there without asking my schedule, then I call back to reschedule to a time I will be home, only to have the representative show up whenever they feel like showing up. This week they showed up four hours early, of course I was not at home. Very dissatisfied.
