I am not satisfied with the service regarding the installation of the dehumidifier in my crawl space. No one explained how the unit would operate. The electrician connected the power on 8/17/2023 and the unit ran continuously for over 20 hours. I called the Terminex service number on 8/18/2023; explained the problem, and was told that someone from the Fayetteville NC office would call me back to set up an appointment for someone to come out the check the unit. I have not been contacted by anyone. The unit finally stopped running the morning of 8/20/2023. Very poor customer service! Anthony Brickhouse.
