Tom was great! He was very professional, explained everything that was happening and made us feel much safer with our yellow jacket situation! My only complaint was that it took almost 15 hours to get in contact with someone. I realize this is of no fault of Tom or the nice women I spoke to in the office the next morning. I think it was the in call services mistake that I was left in the dark for so long. But once they opened for business I was taken very well care of!
