after using anotehr pest controll management company for 20 years who could not stop the field mice from accessing our home we decided to try catgaurd. All of the people who came and or worked on our home were very professional, thorough and courteous. they were knowledgeable bout answering all of our questions. Customer service during installation period was excellent. One of our deck boards was damaged during installation but will be replaced by the company as promised. As far as if the catgaurd exclussion system is effective. since we just had it installed the jury is still out. I will update this review after the first year has gone by. I sure hope it works.
