I rarely leave a review but- The tech that came out to spray for us, Jerry... He was so incredibly nice, extremely informative & also took his time to listen to our concerns. As far as scheduling goes- not an easy process. 1st you have an inspector come out to your house, you sign a contract, PAY & then someone from the office is supposed to call you to set up an appointment for them to come back and spray. No one ever called. I was emailing back and forth with Ryan that ensured me that someone would be in contact ASAP. Again... no one ever contacted us. There is not a direct line to the office so you have to call an 800 # and sit on hold forever. Had I known that I would have to do their footwork AFTER paying I would have never of gone with this company. I was basically begging them to set up an appointment. So thank you Jerry for being wonderful but rest of the rest of the customer service experience needs work.
