I was disappointed that I had to wait for the service to come from 8-5:00 p.m. Both of us work at an office outside the home and the service person (who was understanding)arrived at 3:30 p.m You should be able to do a 3 hr. window morning or afternoon and not the whole day. Otherwise, the service itself seemed very professional.
