I spent 4200 and also have a 2500 moisture barrier' I believe the dehumidfier is working but the electrician came a week after installation. NOT HIS FAULT. I have no paperwork etc about operation and maintenance agreement. I jusy paid Terminex 110 to point and click to determine a 14 % humidity in crawl space. I installed a sensor after the dehumidifier was in place that says humidity in crawl space is currently is 52%? I don't think any of this can't be remedied but Ive had NO CONTACT, Salesman told me they would put a 8 foot section of insulation back in place but they said they would get some hangers and be back to fix it.. They have not.I love the new entrance door but it took two trips. All in all about 4 trips and owed one to do about 2 hours work. I need this resolved and neve recveived an answe about this question. If I have a $250 maintenance agreement yearly to control moisure why would I need to pay $111 a year for moisture inspection from moisture barrier. North Carolina needsphone reps that can answer questions. We don't live in California. :)
