I was contacted by technician ahead of time as for his potential arrival time.
I don't see any notes or recommendations or assessment left in mail box etc - this was our first visit. I did not talk to tech or see tech so not sure what was done as he probably was not here long which is probably normal.
The only thing I have to go on is if the lawn looks better after a few sessions.
