I was not pleased, poor coordination of staff, you could not depend on anything that was said to you. i.e. "box truck will be here in the morning"-not, on and on. I likely paid too much 4 job, copperhead in bedroom, cost me $4 grand, I found the spot where he came into the bedroom days after project began, would never recommend them to a friend, would like a partial refund...like that would happen as well...
